1. How long will it take for LabCorp to report results back? a. It takes about 7 days from the date the sample is submitted for testing to release the test results. However, this time frame may vary based of laboratory demand at a given time. b. Results will be released electronically on the LabCorp Mobile App mentioned above. c. Those who test positive will receive a phone call notification. d. You should stay at home, away from others, until you have received your test results if you have COVID-19 symptoms or came into close-contact with someone who has tested positive. 2. What do my test results mean on the LabCorp portal/webpage/app? a. If your result says, “Not Detected,” your COVID-19 test came back negative, and you were likely not infected with COVID-19 when your sample was taken. b. If your result says, “Detected Critical” your COVID-19 test came back positive, and you should follow the guidance provided on this sheet and the guidance provided to you when contacted by local public health staff. You will need to self-isolate. c. If your result says, “Indeterminate Abnormal,” LabCorp was unable to determine a result for your sample. You will need to be retested to determine t
