As a 340B Pharmacy, we’re able to provide WNCCHS patients with select brand-name medications at a fraction of a cost of other pharmacies!

  • Behavioral Health

We provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, which are seamlessly integrated into primary care. Our behavioral health professionals offer services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors — both individually and as a group.

  • Pediatrics

We provide pediatric services along with specialized pediatric dental care and behavioral health services for young people and families. Our approach is to care for your entire family, from infants to adults. Whether you need a routine cleaning or a root canal, our dedicated WNCCHS dentists are here to help.

  • Gender Affirming Care

We are committed to being an LGBTQIA+ friendly organization, providing culturally competent and effective care tailored to the diverse needs of this community. Our services include specialized care for transgender and nonbinary individuals, delivered in an environment that is both welcoming and supportive.

  • HIV Care

We provide extensive HIV care through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. The Ryan program provides funding to assist with the cost of providing outpatient medical care and related services for people living with HIV. This program enables us to offer high-quality, affordable medical care and support services to people living with HIV across the 18 counties of WNC, where we are the sole Ryan White-funded care provider.

  • Express Care

Our Express Care offers a convenient walk-in service for immediate medical needs. Without the need for an appointment, you and your family can quickly receive treatment for conditions that require prompt attention but are not severe enough for the emergency room. For existing WNCCHS patients only.

  • Care Management

Our Care Management program is designed to address not just the medical needs of our patients but also the social determinants that affect their health. This includes providing support for challenges like food insecurity, lack of housing, or transportation, and personal safety concerns. We screen all our patients for these factors because we understand that health is influenced by a range of social and economic conditions.
