What is a Sliding Discount Program?

Our Sliding Discount Program allows us to “slide” or reduce fees for eligible patients. Eligibility for the Sliding Discount Program is determined by a patient’s household size and annual income. An application must be completed and proof of income is required.

What is a 340B Pharmacy?

A 340B Drug Pricing Program is intended to help safety-net health care providers stretch their financial resources so they can serve more low-income patients and offer whole-person services. Our Pharmacy provides low-cost prescriptions and offers programs to help patients get, understand, and follow their medications.
