Compensation & Benefits

Physician

  • Salary range: $190,000 to $220,000 plus quarterly incentive program (up to $20,000 per year)

  • Choose 32 or 40 hours (both are full-time with benefits)

  • Clinical leadership without administrative overload. Flexible schedule design and supportive tools like dictation/AI charting.
