Anna Shriver

Behavioral Health Therapist

Anna Shriver, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides behavioral health services to adult patients at WNCCHS. She earned her master’s degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia, and is bilingual in English and Russian.

As a bilingual therapist, Anna has experience working with immigrant and refugee populations as well as individuals experiencing mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, codependency, and other mental health concerns.

Anna uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She takes an active and direct approach to therapy, helping patients develop practical tools to improve their daily functioning and support long-term personal growth.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking, cooking, and exploring new hobbies.
