WNCCHS staff came together in late March to collaborate, explore initiatives that improve the patient experience, and celebrate employee milestones.
WNCCHS staff recently came together for our March All Staff Meeting, hosted by the Buncombe County Health Department and supported by Gilead Sciences. The afternoon included hands-on sessions where staff connected across departments, shared ideas, and explored plans to improve processes and strengthen the overall patient experience.
