She has spent the past four years caring for patients in the Asheville area as a Collaborative Care (CoCM) internal medicine provider. Her approach to care is rooted in meeting patients where they are—offering compassionate, judgment-free support and encouraging each person to take an active role in their health journey. Claire is especially passionate about patient education.
Claire provides full-spectrum family medicine, including support for physical and mental wellness, well-woman examinations, and wellness care for children. She is also working toward certification in HIV care.
Originally from Austin, Texas, Claire spent her childhood living in six different states before settling in North Carolina near Charlotte in 2009. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from North Carolina State University and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Gardner-Webb University in 2021.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, gardening, and collecting unique and vintage treasures for her home. In 2024, she moved to Old Fort, North Carolina, with her partner and two cats, where her partner owns a small business.
